Texneo

Ethics, conduct, and transparency

At Texneo, integrity, respect, and responsibility guide our decisions. Therefore, we make our main governance and people-related documents – Diversity and Inclusion Policy, Salary Transparency Reports, and Code of Conduct and Ethics – available on this page for consultation and download.

Diversity and Inclusion Policy

We promote a healthy, inclusive, and ethical environment, with zero tolerance for any form of discrimination or harassment. The policy includes guidelines such as:

  • Equal treatment and opportunities at all levels;
  • Respect for differences (gender, race/ethnicity, generation, PwD, sexual orientation, religion, among others);
  • Inclusive recruitment and selection, leadership development, and psychological safety;
  • Responsible communication and continuous awareness programs;
  • Diversity and Inclusion Committee to monitor and advance initiatives.

Salary Transparency Reports

The following report was prepared by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) of the Federal Government and considered information from e-Social. We do not authorize the reproduction or full or partial disclosure of the content published here.

CODES OF ETHICS AND CONDUCT

Guidelines for
people and partners

Texneo adopts two complementary instruments to guide decisions and relationships throughout the chain: the Code of Ethics and Conduct (aimed at employees, interns, apprentices, leaders, and other internal audiences) and the Supplier and Partner Code of Conduct (applicable to third parties who interact with the brand). Both consolidate principles and practical rules to ensure an environment of integrity, safety, inclusion, and compliance with legislation.

What you will find in the Codes

  • Principles and values: integrity, respect for people, diversity and inclusion, socio-environmental responsibility, and transparency.
  • Expected conduct: prevention of conflicts of interest, confidentiality of information, ethical relationships with customers, suppliers, and public authorities.
  • Compliance and anti-corruption: prohibition of bribery and fraud, internal controls, and clear criteria for gifts and hospitality.
  • Work environment: zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, and violence; promotion of psychological safety and mutual respect.
  • Human rights and ESG: decent work, combating child/forced labor, supply chain diversity, environmental protection, and chemical compliance.
  • Reporting and handling incidents: confidential ethics channels, prohibition of retaliation, investigation, and sanctions when applicable.
  • Responsibilities: duty to know, comply with, and ensure compliance — with periodic training and communication reinforcement.
