The Trainee Program aims to train professionals with technical and systemic vision, focused on the industrial business, connecting innovation, operational excellence, and organizational culture.
With a duration of 18 months, the program was designed to offer a complete development experience, combining hands-on practice, learning, and real business challenges.

We develop talents for the future
Throughout the development journey, trainees will be immersed in strategic activities that strengthen technical, behavioral, and leadership competencies, including:
- Job rotation in areas related to operations, product, quality, and technology
- Hands-on experience in the manufacturing environment and industrial routines
- Participation in practical projects and real business challenges
- Cross-functional integration to understand technical impact, cost, timeline, and market
- Guidance and knowledge exchange with leadership and specialists
Requirements to participate
Graduates from Jan/2023 to Dec/2025
Intermediate or advanced English
Experience: internship, academic projects, scientific initiation, or industrial experience.
Graduates in: Textile Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Bachelor's in Chemistry, or Fashion Design.
Competencies: Continuous learning, self-responsibility, collaboration, critical thinking, innovation, adaptability, and decision-making capacity.
