"Estar Bem" Program

The "Estar Bem" (Being Well) Program is a Texneo initiative to offer integral support for the team's physical and mental health, promoting quality of life inside and outside the corporate environment. 

Through continuous actions, we provide access to specialized professionals, encourage healthy habits, and carry out awareness and disease prevention activities.

How it works

The Estar Bem program operates in a continuous cycle throughout the year. HR shares, through internal channels, the schedule of services and initiatives (psychology, physiotherapy, nutrition, occupational medicine, discussion circles, thematic campaigns, and health-focused moments).

"Estar Bem" Actions and Services

Conversation Circles

Spaces for dialogue on mental health, self-awareness, and overcoming challenges, promoting enriching exchanges among participants.

Thematic Campaigns

Engagement in movements such as Yellow July (viral hepatitis), Lilac August (violence against women), Red September (cardiovascular diseases), Orange December (skin cancer), among others – with lectures, educational materials, and awareness initiatives.

Health Moment

Access to free information and services – from blood pressure measurement to nutrition guidance – with special initiatives during SIPET (Internal Week for Prevention of Workplace Accidents). Includes actions such as bicycle sales to encourage physical activity, ophthalmological consultations, and even financial consulting.

Fruit Distribution

Twice-weekly distribution, reinforcing healthy eating habits in daily life.

Boulevard Space

Interactive environment with games and recreational activities during breaks, promoting relaxation and integration.

Pause Islands

Break time for muscle rest for the production team, in a climate-controlled space with access to books and coffee.

Farmers' Market

On Thursdays, sale of fruits and vegetables inside the company, with payroll deduction option, encouraging healthy eating.

Inter-Company Games (Indaial)

Expanded participation, with more than 100 employees registered and 4th place in the municipality.

Decompression Program

Self-care cycle with mindfulness techniques – achieved 100% approval among 48 participants in the first two months.

Community Garden

Collaborative cultivation space to stimulate food education, coexistence, and daily contact with sustainability practices.
